There are 2 kiosks in this store to place your order (if you are like me and sometimes want to avoid human interaction...). There's a ton of detail on the type of drinks and the ingredients. I got the grapefruit green tea and it was refreshing and delish - exactly what I needed for that warm day.
One of my top boba shops in NYC. Their tea is very strong and the quality of the drink and the tapioca is what makes it top of the boba game. It is on the pricier side for boba but definitely worth. I normally get my drinks with 30% sugar and less ice. My favorite drinks are: - jasmine green tea with milk tea - honey amber oolong milk tea - deep roast oolong tea with milk tea
My first time trying this boba shop out. I got the Honey Amber Oolong Milk Tea w boba which I was a fan of. Great for cold winter days.
I'd recommend Teazzi to genuine tea fans over typical boba tea fans. As someone who gets the lowest sweetness level available when I get boba specially because I really want to taste the tea, Teazzi's solid. Their teas are usually well brewed, not oversteeped, and both their boba and grass jelly are good. 4/5 because they are certainly on the pricier end of the range and while their drinks are good, there are other shops that I think do a better job and stand out more than Teazzi. That said, I'll always pick Teazzi over most other chains!
I can say that oats work in boba after trying their house special which is four seasons milk tea with oats and tapioca. I got this with 30% sugar and less ice and it was sweet enough. The interior is very clean and spacious. There was no wait and I got my drink quickly. Definitely worth a try. You won't be disappointed!
I was craving some bubble tea and decided to come here to try it out. I was intrigued by their house special milk tea and got it with 30% sugar and light ice. The texture was interesting but I personally liked it. It's different from just having tapioca balls. Id get it again but if you're not a big texture person, I'd recommend ordering a different drink. The area was very clean and spacious and the staff made our drinks fast! I was very happy to try this place and would come back again if I was in the area.
I'm so happy I checked for another bubble tea shop in Union Square before settling for ViVi. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with VIVI and they have great Taiwanese popcorn chicken, but bubble tea is much better when it's not in the powdered form. I had the taro milk tea with real chunks of taro! Delicious!
Teazzi is one of my favorite tea shops in the city! It is impeccably clean inside and very spacious. The only downside is that there is no seating, not even bar stools, so you have to take your drink to go. They do offer to-go carrying bags. The cold drinks come in paper cups rather than the typical thin plastic cups. The positives are that there is a large menu with a variety of drinks and toppings, you can customize your sugar level, and you can customize your temperature (how much ice or how hot). The four seasons tea is delicious, light, and refreshing. The prices are comparable/a little more affordable than other shops in the area. Large iced herbal tea (no milk) - $5.65 Add bob - 75¢ Total with tax - $6.80
The Amber Oolong Milk Tea was amazing!!! I got it with 70% sugar and it was a bit too sweet but nothing I can't handle. Highly recommend! The interior was really nice and clean. Good for grab and go because there's basically no seatings but the service was really quick.
Have always wanted to try Teazzi and finally made it to their store! It was Halloween weekend and their storefront was well decorated. Got the house special milk tea which did not disappoint! It doesn't taste like the most traditional boba milk tea -- it is less sweet and carry a richer tea flavor. I especially liked the barley which brought forth that splash of warmth perfect and much-needed for the fall. However, my biggest complaint is the fact that the bits of barley kept on getting stuck in the straw! I had to change out two straws because I could not get anything through the straw once it's stuck in there! Definitely a big design flaw that undermined an otherwise pleasant tea-drinking experience.
